Organic silane treatment
Organosilylation is a new kind of metal surface protection

the treatment of the durable corrosion, it is favored by people.
The process is based on a silane reagent based on hydrolysis.
Organic silane class and basal aluminum alloy forming strong Me - O
- Si keys, and the organic part of the silane and polymer coating
and surface (primer) form the etch primer processing chemical
bonds, the formation of siloxane bonding can greatly improve the
adhesion strength of the polymer coating and matrix aluminum alloy
surface, and at the same time to improve the corrosion resistance
of aluminum alloy.
Silane treated traditionally dip coating process, the aluminum
alloy immersed in this rare silane solution in a certain time, then
curing under a certain temperature, can be formed in the aluminum
alloy surface hundreds of meters thick coating (curing than
